Follow the steps below to activate tickets for your event if you see the error message below when tickets should be available for sale.
Error message: "There are no tickets at this time. Check back soon."
Steps to Resolve
1. Visit GoFan HQ
2. Select the event that needs to be updated. You can click on the event name on the event list.
3. Check to see if the event tickets have a Unique Link.
4. If yes, select Edit and toggle the Unique Link off.
5. Select Publish at the bottom of the page.
6. Refresh the event page on GoFan.co. The ticket option(s) should now be displaying as expected.
