Please follow the steps below to connect your Card Reader:
- Download the Box Office app on your device.
- Search "GoFan Box Office - For Schools" in Apple App store and download.
- Login to your Box Office account with your GoFanHQ credentials.
- These credentials must have permissions to login to Box Office.
- Search the contact under your school account within GoFanHQ and select "Can log in to school's Box Office account". Then click Save.
- Once logged in, you should land on the Reader screen.
- Press and hold the power button on the side of the card reader.
- The light above the power button will flash multicolor - this indicates it is ready to connect.
- Back on your device, click the Connect Reader button.
- Once found, the reader will populate on your device.
- Select the reader to connect.
- Select 'New Sale' or 'Store'.
- Select the 'Event'.
- Select quantity and receipt option.
- Insert or tap card (swipe is only for cards with no chip).
