Box Office - How to best care for your devices

Below are best practices to prolong device functionality:

• Never leave device plugged in and charging for long periods of time.
• Avoid exposing device to extreme temperatures.
• Store in a moisture-free environment.
• When not in use, store at 50% battery.
• When storing, keep device in a safe location to avoid impact with other objects.
• Only use included accessories when charging devices.
  • Can use Apple charging block and/or Apple charging cable for iPad if needed.
  • If iPad isn't holding a charge, confirm that the brightness is turned down within Settings.
  • For the card reader, only use the cable that was included.
• Do not connect iPad to personal or school property. (such as computers)
  • Card Readers can be connected to any device that is running the Box Office app.
