Please follow the steps below:
- Navigate to GoFanHQ.
- Login to GoFanHQ with your GoFan account credentials.
- If you are unable to login to GoFanHQ, please submit a Support Request.
- Once logged in, select Accounts.
- View your contacts.
- Edit the contact that requires Box Office permissions.
- Select the "Can log in to school's Box Office account".
- Click Save at the bottom of the screen.
- You can now login to the Box Office app with those updated credentials.
