Please follow the steps below:
- Try another Apple charging cable for the Box Office Devices/iPad.
- Only use the charging cable that came with the Card Reader.
- Attempt to charge devices in another outlet.
- If iPad isn't holding a charge, confirm the brightness is turned down within Settings.
- If another device is needed, please navigate to our Shopify page.
If these steps don't solve the issue, please submit a Support Request.
