GoFan offers 2 options for obtaining your weekly payment reports. Your payment cycle determines when the report would be available, for details on payment cycle timing please click here.
1. Download the report from the GoFan HQ Dashboard.
- Login to GoFan HQ
- From the Dashboard view scroll down to see the "Sales reports" section on the left
- Select Weekly Payment Statement
- Select the Week
- Select the Download report button
*Note that if the button is not active/blue that indicates there is no data for that selected week
- A .pdf file will be downloaded to the default location of your browser (typically the Downloads folder)
2. Enable email delivery of the weekly payment report.
The option to receive a weekly payment statement report via email is defined under the Contact settings:
To access Contact settings, navigate to Accounts from either the menu or the quick links on the left-hand side of the dashboard. Click Edit for the Account you are updating. From the Accounts Page, look for the Contacts section at the top-middle of the page.
- Under the Contacts box, select the Contact you would like to receive the report
- Click Edit
- Under the Credentials section check the box for "Can receive GoFan Weekly Payment Statements"
