If a ticket has been redeemed by mistake, it is possible to undredeem it by the administrators of the system.
Navigate to the GoFan HQ Dashboard and choose the event you’d like to view details for. Click on the overview menu on the right (three dots) and choose “View attendees”.
Redemptions: Redemption status lives within the “Status” column of the Manage attendees’ table. You have a few options to manage redemptions:
- Un-redeem a single ticket: Navigate to the specific purchase you’d like to redeem. Click on the purple “Redeemed” button. Click “Unredeem” on pop up warning. Please allow up to 5 minutes for the ticket to be available for use again.
- Unredeem multiple tickets: Check the box on the left for the rows you would like to unredeem. A new option to un-redeem will appear in the blue header (a circular arrow). Click “Unredeem” on the warning that will pop up.
- Unredeem all: From the top menu click “Unredeem all”. Click “Unredeem” on the warning that will pop up.
