The Financial Settings in GoFan HQ determine how you will be paid for your events. To access these settings, navigate to Accounts from the left-hand menu of GoFan HQ (select Edit for the Account you need to update). From the Accounts Page, select Edit on the Financial section at the bottom left-hand-side of the page. GoFan supports two options for payment:
- ACH / Direct Deposit - this is the fastest and most secure option for having funds deposited directly to the bank account for your organization. Please have your bank details ready, including your 9 digit routing number and account number. GoFan is only able to Deposit funds in a push fashion, we are not able to withdraw for reference.

- Check - in the event ACH is not yet setup a paper check will be mailed to the address defined in your account settings Accounts > Address.
ACH details and payment preferences are not allowed to be changed after the initial setup. Please contact our Finance Team to make changes by emailing finsupport@gofan.co.
