You can manage your total ticket capacity via GoFan Admin. Login with the Admin credentials provided to your school by GoFan.
1. Select Edit on the far right-hand side of your Admin Dashboard for the event that needs to be updated
2. Scroll down to Total Tickets
3. Enter the total number of tickets that you want to sell for this event.
Make sure to not add any spaces before or after the ticket quantity.
4. Scroll down and select Save
Once this capacity is reached, ticket sales will automatically shut off and the event will show as Sold Out.
